What to Expect
Contact to Get Started
First, fill out my contact form or start designing your session to get started. Let me know your questions or if there is a deadline you are working to meet.
On-Site Shoot Day
I’ll arrive early to setup so we can dive in and have an efficient, fun, and effective shoot!
Custom Proposal & Book
You’ll receive a custom photography proposal with the agreement and deposit invoice via email. A 50% deposit will hold your date and pay toward your balance. The final payment is due by the day of your session.
Post-Production & Turn-Around
After your shoot day, we provide professional editing within 1-2 weeks fast turnaround for high-quality final photos. Expedited processing is available as needed.
Consultation & Planning
We’ll begin with a detailed consultation to discuss of your goals, shot list, and logistical needs to help plan for your shoot day.
Delivery
When your photos are ready, you will receive an email with your gallery access information. You will also receive a PIN to download your images straight to your computer.
Pre-Shoot Preparation:
I help walk you through everything. I’ll provide clear communication to help you prepare and ensure a smooth, professional experience for you and your team for the shoot day.
Marketing Licensing & Copyright Buyout
All packages include a Marketing License to use your photos as needed for marketing purposes. If at any point your company would like to explore a full buyout of the images, a quote will be provided.

Before any shoot, we have a detailed consultation to review your brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and key messaging. We develop a custom shot list and creative approach designed to visually tell your unique brand story.

Absolutely. I understand the sensitivity of corporate environments. I’m happy to sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements as needed, and I handle all materials with the utmost discretion. Many clients ask that I not use their photos for my marketing, and some companies prefer a full copyright buyout of their images—all of which I can honor.

At time of booking, the photography agreement will be signed and the deposit will be due to secure the session date. A non-refundable 50% deposit required will be subtracted from your total session balance.
